1. A contract for sale of goods is only formed between you and Jhanil Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (JHPL) when JHPL receives cleared payment.
2. JHPL reserves the right to make changes to the website and products without providing you any written notice as long as it does not affect your ordered product/s.
3. We accept payment through CC avenue and COD.
4. We will not keep any details of your credit/debit cards or any other payment method that you may use to purchase the goods. Our website is secure and your details will be kept confidential.
5. Once your order is accepted, You will receive confirmation when the goods are dispatched. We accept no liability for any delays in receiving products as this is done by third party delivery services.
6. We reserve the right to reject your order according to the situation i.e. no service area or non availability of the stock.
7. You may contact us between 9.30 am to 6.00 pm IST, if you require any other information or you may email us on zindagicelebrate@gmail.com.
8. Your order will be delivered by our courier or transport partner and will contain a copy of invoice.
