What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Shipment

Shipment

We generally procure and ship the items within the specified time, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery timelines may vary by location but typically take 4–7 business days.

Damage

* Inspection: Please inspect your product as soon as you receive it.

*Damage on Arrival: If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours with enough justification of the damaged item andpackaging.

*Replacement or Refund: Once we verify the damage, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

*Non-Returnable Items: Products that are used or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.

*Products are delivered on NON-RETURNABLE BASIS

* Return is allowed only in case of delivery of incorrect or damaged products.

Refund

*Refund of the delivered product is permitted where there is a damage issue or order cancellation by the Company.

*Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days (Subject to clearance in quality check).

*Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.

*Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.

*Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence, Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

*Customers can request order cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order

*Once the order is fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.
